This project consists of five apartments.  The building has a pleasant atmosphere reflected in the harmonious relations between the neighbours. The project has been well maintained throughout the years, set in a neat, quiet street in walking distance to the local supermarket and train station. The project is located on the border of Oberhausen and Duisburg, both of which are part of a conurbation of more than seven million people.
